To ensure that our Online Photo Club remains a fair, enjoyable, and respectful space for all participants, we have outlined a few important rules and guidelines. First, all photos submitted must be original work by the user. Accepted formats include JPG, PNG, and GIF, and each image must not exceed 1MB in size to be eligible for upload and display. We highly encourage participants to read the category descriptions carefully and select the most relevant one for their photo. Themes are rotated each month to keep things fresh and engaging for all photography lovers. Files that do not meet the format or size criteria will not be accepted. Please make sure your photo is suitable in content no graphic, violent, or offensive material is allowed.
Participants are allowed one submission per category for each contest round. Any attempt to submit multiple entries under different names or emails will result in immediate disqualification. Photos must not contain watermarks, logos, or identifiable branding. All entries are reviewed before appearing on the site to ensure compliance with our guidelines. Voting must be done fairly; using bots, scripts, or manipulating the voting process is strictly prohibited. By submitting a photo, you grant us permission to display your work in the gallery and include it in promotional materials. Our goal is to create a fun, inclusive environment for all, and your cooperation helps maintain that integrity.
